AML Policy

We aggregate third-party crypto exchanges. Partners maintain their own AML/CFT programs. We do not knowingly facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.

Monitoring

Partners may screen transactions, delay or reject swaps, and request information when required by law or risk policy. High-risk or illicit flows may be frozen without Shield cover.

Prohibited use

You may not use swap.swp.gg for illegal purposes, including dealing in stolen funds, mixers used to conceal crime proceeds, or sanctioned parties.

Reporting

Where legally required, partners or we may report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
